I always have my Splend referral cards with me, both in my glovebox and my wallet. If I ever run out of cards, I text my Member Success Representative, and she has them ready for my next catch up.
When I started with Splend, I shared the image of me picking up my new car to my Facebook friends and Instagram followers. I’ve had some friends ask me about driving Uber and how to get a car that is eligible for Uber. I’ve since posted multiple images of me driving Uber with Splend, and it always proves to be a great way to start the conversation.
I posted a free job ad on Kijiji. When people enquire through the Kijiji ad, I tell them about Splend and that I can provide them a $99 discount on their Membership fee with my referral code. They can then decide if they want to sign up or not.
Community notice boards
I’ve had success with placing an A5 Splend ad at my local noticeboard in the Toronto suburb of Steeles. I put up some information about the car, pricing and my contact details, also mentioning the discount. I’ve had about ten calls from the one ad.

I make it a goal to bring at least one friend to every Splend Member Event. The events are a great way to introduce people to Splend and how it can help them to become an Uber driver.
