They also provide Splend with an opportunity to make sure your car is maintained to the required safety standards, ensuring you receive high ratings from riders every time.

    3. Troubleshooting

    Vehicle issues

    It’s just the nature of vehicles – despite providing the best-quality cars, there are some things that can go wrong, especially out on the road. When something does go wrong, there’s only so much a confused call centre operator can help you with. Lucky you have a friend in need: just call your Member Success Representative and they will know exactly what to do.

    Accident management

    Should you ever be involved in an accident, your Member Success Representative will be there to support you along the way. After you pay the insurance deductible of $1,500, they will organize you a replacement car as available, so you can be back on the road as soon as possible.
